An Occasional Chocolate

I've been thinking of trying my hand at making chocolate candies for a while now.  Way back in the day, I used do cake decorating and lately I've been feeling the pull back in that direction.  When I think of cake decorating I often think of candy making.  I don't know how I decorated cakes all those years and never once tried making candy.  I absolutely love fruit-filled chocolates and creamy truffles and thought it would be fun to try to make some.

I stumbled across the "An Occasional Chocolate" website today and I am amazed at their selection of candy making supplies.  How ironic is it that I'd find this website now?  I suppose my recent focus of thought has attracted me to this site.  At any rate, I'm glad I found them.  I'm loving the "Nobody knows the TRUFFLES I've seen" Chocolate Apron -- too cute and the Chocolate Tiramisu Recipe on the blog looks awesome.  Check out the An Occasional Chocolate website when you get a chance.
