1 tablespoon blood orange sections (chopped)
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Add all ingredients to small mixing bowl and mix until well blended.  Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to seven days.

This sauce is wonderful with seafood (especially sauteed or fried seafood).  Also use as a sandwich spread, condiment for tacos and fajitas or a dip for fresh veggies, french fries or onion rings.

  1. Welcome To The Foodie Blogroll!

I love a good remoulade with crab cakes. One of my favorite sandwiches is just a crab cake po boy with remoulade. Yum! I like the citrus kick yours has, going to have to try it.

  2. @Chris, I'm with you--I love remoulade with fried seafood. The citrus zests and blood orange added just the right amount of freshness and burst of flavor I'd hoped for. Very pleased with this recipe. If you decide to try it let me know how you like it.
